ACRE & ANGLE

Legal

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026. Operated by Bytes and Bytes LLC (Wyoming).

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Bytes and Bytes LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, collects, uses, and shares information when you use Acre & Angle(the “Platform”).

Acre & Angle is an advertising and lead-introduction platform. We introduce clients to architectural, design, and related professionals. We are not a party to contracts between clients and professionals, and this Policy does not govern how those third parties handle your data after they receive it.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

  • Contact data: name, email address, phone number, and communication preferences.
  • Project / lead data: project type, location (city, state, postal code), budget band, timeline, lot status, notes, style preferences, uploaded photos or documents, and optional firm targeting (for example, that you requested a quote from a named firm).
  • Account data: login identifiers, role (client, professional, admin), profile content, firm details, licensing fields you provide, portfolio media, and settings.
  • Professional commercial data: credit balances and transactions, subscription status, application materials, and related billing metadata (card data is handled by payment processors).
  • Consent records: TCPA or similar consent timestamps and method where SMS/calls are enabled.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser or device information, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.
  • Communications: messages you send through the Platform, support requests, and email interaction metadata.

We may also receive information from service providers (for example, identity verification, email delivery, analytics, or payment partners) and from professionals who update their profiles.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • operate, secure, and improve the Platform;
  • review, qualify, and manage lead submissions (including administrative review before marketplace release);
  • match or introduce clients and professionals, including recording a requested firm preference for operations and fairness review;
  • send transactional messages (confirmations, verification codes, lead notices) and, where permitted, service or marketing communications;
  • process payments, credits, and subscriptions;
  • detect fraud, abuse, and spam;
  • comply with law and enforce our Terms;
  • create aggregated or de-identified insights that do not reasonably identify you.

4. How lead and contact data is shared

Matched professionals. When a lead is released through our processes, relevant project and contact details may be shared with one or more matched professionals so they can evaluate the request and contact you. Sharing is subject to our product rules (for example, distribution caps and verification). We do not sell your personal information as a standalone data product to unrelated data brokers.

Requested firm. If you ask for a quote from a specific firm, we store that preference for review and operations. That does not guarantee exclusive delivery to that firm without our review, and other matching rules may still apply.

Service providers. We use vendors who process data on our behalf, such as hosting and databases (for example, Supabase), authentication, email/SMS delivery, payment processing (for example, Stripe), AI qualification tools, bot protection, rate limiting, analytics, and error monitoring. They are instructed to use data only to provide their services to us, subject to their own terms and appropriate safeguards.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Platform or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to customary confidentiality and this Policy or a successor notice.

Professionals who receive your information are independent controllers of how they use it outside the Platform. Review a professional’s practices before engaging them.

5. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for session management, authentication, security (including bot protection), preferences, and basic analytics about how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

If we enable third-party analytics or advertising pixels in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, provide additional notice or choice.

6. Third-party services and links

The Platform may link to third-party sites or embed third-party tools. Their privacy practices are their own. This Policy applies only to information we control through Acre & Angle.

7. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, maintain business and audit records (including lead provenance and consent), resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information (for example, access controls, encrypted transport, and role-based database policies). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • access or receive a copy of personal information we hold;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion, subject to legal and operational exceptions;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • opt out of certain marketing emails (unsubscribe links);
  • withdraw SMS consent where applicable.

To exercise privacy requests, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If you are a professional or client with an account, some profile fields can be updated directly in settings.

We do not currently operate a “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond what is described here; if that changes, we will provide required notices and opt-outs.

9. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International users

We are based in the United States. If you access the Platform from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where we or our providers operate. Those laws may differ from the laws where you live.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be highlighted on the Platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
